As a place of communication the Berlinische Galerie offers diverse educational programmes focusing on the permanent collection and the changing exhibitions. Artists, educators and curators guide visitors through the exhibitions, stimulating discussions about art. The Atelier Bunter Jakob, a very special workshop in the museum, invites children and families to have a lot of creative fun with art.

In the field of cultural education, the Berlinische Galerie cooperates with two competent partners, the Verein Jugend im Museum e. V. and the team Museumsdienst of the Kulturprojekte Berlin GmbH.
