Tickets can be sent either by e-mail (e-ticket to download and print) or by post.

Please note:
You will receive the tickets you requested once your payment has been processed. If you opt to pay by bank transfer, please bear in mind that it may take a few days for the transaction to go through.

If you want to visit at short notice, we recommend using a credit card or online debit option.

The tickets are transferable and can be used once only as a day ticket at any time during the exhibition Max Beckmann and Berlin (until 15 February 2016). If the museum has to close briefly to cope with extremely high visitor numbers, you may be asked to wait.
